Ozlem is the Founder and CEO of The Resilient – a change consultancy that works hand in hand with next generation brand leaders and founders to build a better future.
Ozlem is a purpose led Founder, Strategist and Futures Analyst, focused on building pioneering businesses’ and teams around purpose. The resilient works with emerging disruptive entrepreneurs, creative leaders and brand owners alongside leading brands such as Natwest, Neol.co and Atolye. The business has enabled countless founders to thrive in their business, go on to raise funding, build global challenger brands and purpose led activation campaigns.
Oz is also co-Founder of OS Collectives a training and leadership company that helps creatives thrive beyond Imposter Syndrome.
Ozlem is also the founding advisory member of Female Founder Rise, founded by Emmie Faust, now the fastest growing female founders network in the UK with 5,000 members dedicated to helping female founders with growth resources, networking and fundraising.
She is also a founding creative leader of NEOL.co – one of the worlds fastest growing decentralized networks for creative leaders serving global brands. She is an active member of HERmesa Angel network – HERmesa, an angel syndicate that supports women angel investors in the UK. Ozlem is also a mentor for Allia Impact Fund and Enterprise Nation as well as The 30 minute University.
Prior to founding The Resilient, Ozlem was head of Strategy for The Future Laboratory, part of The Tomorrow group, where she was Head of Strategic services leading a strategic foresight, brand and innovation strategy team serving brands such as L’Oreal, Google, Facebook, Adidas, Diageo, Genpact, Lacoste, Pentland, Knight Dragon, Turner and Woolworths S.A.
Before this she was the Founder and CEO of BrandSeers Brand Design Consultancy focusing on emerging markets like Turkey, Russia and Kazakhstan supporting local brands with global expansion through brand experience strategy and activation. Prior to this Oz had senior strategy and marketing roles in Television namely CNN and MTV, and advertising agencies Grey and G2.
She holds an Felis Sustainable PR Campaign of the Year Award for Aygaz Drive for Tomorrow and an International Stevies Award Best Internal Communications, QNB Finansbank. She holds a certificate in Transformational Leadership and is a Louise Hay Heal your life workshop practioner.
